General Information:
The primary goal is to maintain & or secure housing for individuals during the coldest months. Program runs from mid November through the end of March. Additional Info: Can be used for rent assistance, mortgage assistance, lot rent, etc. Client must be able to pay future rent, this is designed to help those with a short term need. Office hours: Mondays through Fridays 9am - 4pm. Eligibility: 1) Missoula County Resident 2) Homeless or at risk of homelessness during winter months 3) Have a verifiable means to pay their housing costs in future 4) Need proof of income, copy of lease, intent to rent or mortgage
