General Information:

To be eligible for services: Homeless (on the street or in emergency shelter), mentally ill, male or female aged 18 or older.

Supportive Housing Program with 15 apartments. Average length of stay is one to two years.

Office hours: Mondays through Fridays 8:30am - 5pm.

The fees are sliding scale based on ability to pay. Contac the office for full details.
