General Information:
PARC Center Apartments is a Intermediary Care Facility for the Developmentally Disabled (ICF/DD). The program has the capacity to house 48 people at a time. Residents pay 30% of their income towards rent. Only people with a diagnosis of MR and an IQ below 69 qualify and all referrals come from the Agency for People with Disabilities (ADP) in Tallahassee and must meet criteria through that agency as well.
