General Information:
The HCV Rental Assistance Program provides long term rental assistance for any individual or family that does not exceed the Federal low income limit. Once an application is received: - Housing Solutions will determine if you are qualified - Third party verification is needed on all household income and family composition - You will be placed on a waiting list in the order of your completed application date - Qualified applicants will receive aid on a first come first serve basis. About 130 vouchers are utilized each year. This is an ongoing assistance. Emergency vouchers are available during Federal Disaster times.
