General Information:
ShelterCare Supported Housing Adults with severe and persistent mental illness can maintain their own apartments and manage their symptoms while living in a supported housing community. Services are provided at Brethren/Afiya Apartments; Hawthorn Apartments; Housing, Health and Wellness; Riverbend (Signpost Apartments); and in scattered-site apartments throughout Eugene, Springfield and nearby communities (200+ units).
