Leland House: 415-405-2056 Leland House provides permanent supportive housing for people living with disabling HIV/AIDS, psychiatric disorders and substance abuse issues. 10 of the 45 beds available are for those who require assisted living and/or assistance with activities of daily living and are homeless.
