The Permanent Supportive Housing Program provides 5 years of supportive housing for families with children. Clients must have a disability and be willing to work with the CRT team. Clients must be: - Head of household with children - Living in a homeless shelter or transitional center at the time of referral - Have a diagnosable disability - Be eligible to put utilities in own name - Have income and be able to pay fee of 30% of income, not below $150 a month For more information contact the Permanent Supportive Housing Program or visit the Community Renewal Team website.
