Cold Weather Shelters: HomeFirst has been a leading provider of services, shelter, and housing to those experiencing homelessness in Santa Clara County since 1980. We are the largest provider of Cold Weather Shelter in the area. The Cold Weather Shelter Program (CWSP) in Gilroy is open from October 15, 2019 to April 15, 2020. The Mountain View CWSP is open from Dec. 2, 2019 to March 31, 2019. The program is funded by the County of Santa Clara and has been operated primarily by HomeFirst for over 35 years.
