Residents have private units as well as shared community space, kitchen, and backyard patio. Eligibility Applicants must be referred by one of the following: Alameda County HomeStretch, Alameda County Behavioral Health Care Services Agency, Berkeley Mental Health or by the 211 Coordinated Entry system.
