The Permanent Housing program provides permanent housing for families with a disabled head of household and children and homeless single men with one or more disabilities. Clients will be housed in either an agency-owned apartment, Single Room Occupancy building or a two-family house. Services include: - Case management - Substance abuse treatment aftercare support - Health care - Mental health services - Daily living skills support Clients pay 30% of their monthly income towards the program.
