Class of Housing/Services: 24 hour Residential Facility for Homeless Men

General Information:
Community House is a men's residential facility. The facility consists of 30 beds and 20 floor space. The program is open 365 days a year. Please call ahead if you need to stay. The program also offers: - A Community Kitchen - A Robert Nixon Free Medical Clinic - A Job Mentoring Program For more information contact Community House or visit the Inter-Faith Council for Social Service website.   If you are a homeless man seeking emergency shelter at Community House, please call 919-967-1086 and press 2 to find out if Community House is offering emergency shelter for the night. If so, then press 5 to speak to a staff person on duty to sign up for space. You must sign up for space by 4:00pm. Community House typically offers emergency shelter when WRAL predicts overnight temperatures to be lower than 40 degrees.
