Our Hope for Men and Hope for Women programs are faith-based programs for adult individuals in recovery seeking wellness and spirituality. Through participation in the New Life Transformation program of study, participants will be well equipped to work through the defining issues in their life and become members of our community.
ACE Overcomers, created in collaboration with Dave Lockridge, is a powerful, life-changing curriculum that is thoroughly biblical, yet scientifically accurate. In this curriculum, participants learn self-awareness and skills to promote emotional stability (aceovercomers.com).
In the Servant Leadership curriculum the participant will develop leadership skills in active listening, communication and teamwork while practicing empathy and performing community stewardship. Adapted from the Gardner Center, Stanford University (www.gardnercenter.stanford.edu).
The Biblical Studies curriculum provides a foundation to develop Christ-like behavior and decision-making in our participants that is deeply rooted in the Bible. This curriculum is adapted for adults from Youth for Christ Juvenile Justice Ministries (www.yfc.net).
The Capstone Project
The Capstone Project is a culmination of the New Life Transformation Program of study which enables participants to face the Giant issues in life from a Biblical perspective. Participants research their life issues and make presentations to their peers. They receive affirmation and support through this process.
Through this program of study, participants experience a New Life Transformation.
