Transitional House is a long-term (2 year) housing program to help women with mental health issues develop the skills needed to live independently. Transitional House is on the third floor of the North County Women's Center. Transitional House monitors medications, therapy and psychiatric appointments in addition to recovery programs, school attendance, group meetings, jobs and volunteer commitments.
