General Information:
Potential Residents: 1. Must be physically and mentally capable of evacuating the facility without any extra personal assistance. 2. Does not require routine attendance during nighttime sleeping hours: 3. Must be capable of following directions under emergency conditions. 4. Must be a clean and tidy person of your living area. 5. Must be able to conduct and maintain personal hygiene. 7. Ability to pay $520 to $560 a month (per person), All Bills Paid. Rent is $520 to $560 per person/ Private room- a month. 8. Deposit of $150.00, and $40.00 for Background check. Screening may be required for admissions. 9. Interviews are conducted by appointment only. 10. Attend all required meeting as stated by any local or state agencies in which you are attached. 11. Abide by all facility rules and regulations.
