Class of Housing/Services: We offer God's love as we serve and equip ex-offenders, homeless men or women and recovering people as they transition back into our community.

General Information:
A Home Away From Homelessness As we work with men and women transitioning back into the community, we are able to find almost everything they could need to make their re-entry smooth. We have food, clothing, transportation, and support groups in place. We know where to find identification, job counseling and training, physical and mental health assistance and temporary housing. We can help a person find just about anything they need, except temporary housing for women and children. We prayed about this and joined with Trinity Episcopal Church of Columbus to open a 24 bed facility for disadvantaged women and children. The City of Columbus leased us a six unit apartment building for $1 a year. They gave us a 5 year lease with an additional 5 year option. God provided all the furniture we would need in advance and McCarley Moving and Storage boxed it all up and stored it until we were ready to open. God gave us beds, sheets, pillows, blankets, dressers, night stands, love seats, end tables, entertainment centers, student desks with chairs, washers and dryers, refrigerators, microwaves, stoves/ovens

We always urge the users of our website to visit the websites of the providers listed, OR give them a phone call to find out complete details.

In furtherance; Halfway Houses, Transitional Housing, and Substance Abuse Treatment Centers for the most part charge a fee. Most of the substance abuse resources we provide are low cost, Medicaid or sliding scale fee. We provide as much information as possible on the website of these locations.

Rooming and Boarding Houses do charge fees. We list them where we find them. They are a nice low cost option for housing.
