We have rooms available to share in our Coed Home. TLM Shared property in Long Beach is here to offer alternative housing options to those who want more for their money. Or for those who want to save money on the high cost and conditions of leasing and renting. All our homes are located east side of Long Beach 2 Blocks from the beach on Broadway between Orange and Junipero, 6 blocks to downtown and all transportation. NO CREDIT CHECK OR DEPOSIT NEEDED. We do a personal assessment of all perspective tenants. You need to be honest, fair, of good nature, approachable and have a valid source of income. We have vacancies coming July 1, 2014 for our Falcon Property Reserve now and set up a showing: A spacious 3 bed 2 bath with large loft and large kitchen. Huge laundry and bonus room, off street tandem parking, WIFI, Cable TV, plenty of storage space and fully furnished for your convenience plus stocked fridge, always clean and well maintained. This is easy independent sober living. This is your home shared by like-minded men and women. Here we do what is right and respectful among each other to maintain our serenity, security and dignity. Rents from 500.00 to 600.00. Rooms are shared (just like in college) No bunk beds.
