General Information:
Milestone Outreach, Inc. is a non-profit housing developer. We are committed to providing affordable, safe and healthy housing to low-income veterans and families. Milestone Outreach is a veteran-owned non-profit. We develop affordable housing. We rehabilitate foreclosed, distressed properties that are donated or granted to us. Milestone partners with: Los Angeles City and County housing agencies, the Veterans Administration, and HUD in providing housing to veterans. Milestone veteran clients use government affordable housing programs, such as: VA Loan financing and HUD-VASH (veterans supportive housing program) vouchers, when renting or purchasing our improved properties. We also provide counseling to families and individuals on: homeownership; homebuyer and affordable rental housing programs. Milestone works with Habitat for Humanity and other non-profits serving veterans.

Supportive Housing Programs that provide an alternative living arrangement for individuals who, because of age, disability, substance abuse, mental illness, chronic homelessness or other circumstances, are unable to live independently without care, supervision and/or support to help them in the activities of daily living; or who need access to case management, housing support, vocational, employment and other services to transition to independent living.

Drug And Alcohol Rehab programs are intended to treat alcohol and/or drug dependency.  The cost of participating in one of these programs and the method of treatment range significantly. The database operated on this website only includes residential rehab programs (not outpatient programs). We also provide Access to Recovery (ATR) Grant programs for substance abuse treatment.
