General Information:
Brother Keily Place is a 60-bed housing program that provides transitional, supportive housing for single adults experiencing homelessness until 5/30/2016; then, this facility will be transitioned into a permanent supportive housing program starting 6/1/2016. This cottage-style facility’s location offers a private setting for program participants to live and socialize with other persons facing similar circumstances. Adjacent to US1, there is easy access to local bus and train routes and nearby vocational training centers, which provides an ideal starting point for persons seeking employment opportunities. Currently, services include three daily meals, case management focused on obtaining benefits and/or employment, and a safe, secure place to reside. The primary goal of this program is to transition persons who are homeless into permanent housing. As a result, Camillus House guides participants in obtaining employment from the moment they enter the program. CRITERIA      Client must be homeless and referred via walk-in or from an emergency shelter; ability to live independently; drug and alcohol free; compliance with program participation, including attaining employment/income.
