Class of Housing/Services: shelter and 24-hour residential substance abuse treatment for homeless, mentally ill individuals.

General Information:
Provides shelter and  24-hour residential substance abuse treatment for homeless, mentally ill individuals. Services consist of scattered site housing, residential treatment facilities, case management, and outpatient medical management and counseling. Housing is provided in collaboration with Miami-Dade Housing Departmen. Residential Services 24 hours, 7 days a week supervised residential treatment services for clients unable to live independently in the community as determined by their physician and treatment team. Services directed at clients at risk for homelessness and/or hospitalization because of limited ability to manage their living environment, health, mental illness and substance abuse illnesses without supervision.
