General Information:
Provides emergency shelter services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in a five county region. Offers counseling, advocacy, transportation, court protection, follow-up support groups, and community education programs. Transportatin to safety is available. Serves Bledsoe, Cumberland, Morgan, Rhea, and Van Buren Counties in Tennessee. Capacity is 16 beds. Shelter open 24 hurs. Usual length of stay is 30 days. Operates Abuse Intervention for Men (AIM) which is a batterers' intervention program for perpetrators of domestic violence.
