Class of Housing/Services: affordable housing for Preble County residents through our rental properties and cold weather shelter in the winter.

General Information:
We advocate for safe, decent, affordable housing for Preble County residents through our rental properties, educational programs, grants management and foreclosure prevention. All of our programs and services are free and run by caring professionals. Their experience and expertise give our clients the support and information they need to sustain housing for their families.   * Cold weather shelter may be available when the weather is forecasted to be 20 degrees or lower. The shelter is open from 7pm to 7am. Guests are provided dinner and breakfast along with a bed roll/cot and hygiene products. You must call to reserve before 4pm. 937-472-0500, dial 0. After 4:30pm dial extension 423.
