Phone: 815-288-6818 after 7:00 p.m. Shelter for homeless people in Dixon area. Opens October 1 from 7pm-7am. PADS Homeless shelter in Dixon, IL runs 24/7, 365 days per year. We provide shelter, services, clothing, food and daily needs for the residents. All perspective occupants must fill out an application and go through an interview process with a board member before entering the home. We've had families with children of all ages.
