Provides substance abuse treatment and transitonal housing.1. Rent is based on Income 2. Rental Applications are available at Aspell Recovery Center located at 331 N. Highland Avenue. 3. Drugs or alcohol will not be permitted on the property, in or outside of units; brought in by tenant nor tenant's family or friends. 4. No pets. 5. Security Deposit: $100 - First months rent and security deposit are due at lease signing. 6. Must have income: disability, employment, etc.  Fees may apply for this Transitional Housing resource.
