General Information:
Program assists families in transition from homelessness through provision of supportive housing. Catholic Charities provides rent assistance for up to a two year period while providing supportive services to include budgeting, independent living skills/training, etc.Hours Mon - Fri 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Program Fees None - however, as part of the program, 30% of the families' monthly income is collected for investment in their future. Eligibility Must be in need of transitional housing and abide by program regulations to include either finding employment or completing some type of education training/school.Intake Process Telephone Fees may apply for this Transitional Housing resource. Transitional housing is affordable supportive housing designed to provide housing and appropriate support services to persons who are homeless or who are close to homelessness. The transition is to help them be more self sufficient to move towards independent living on their own. Transitional housing locations are oftentimes called Halfway Houses.
