General Information:
Clients must be homeless or in danger of becoming homeless before they are eligible for the transitional housing program. Clients find their own rental and Pathways assists with rent payments and other necessities for a period of up to 2 years. They are assigned a case manager to work with them in achieving the three program goals: 1. participants shall obtain and remain in permanent housing; 2. participants shall increase their skills or increase their income; 3. achieve greater self-determination. Program Fees No fee to apply, must be able to pay 30% of rent. Eligibility Must be homeless or in danger of becoming homeless. Must have legal custody of minor children. Must pass a background check. Must be drug and alcohol free. Must be willing to live in Roane County. Intake Process Telephone Fees may apply for this Transitional Housing resource.
