Class of Housing/Services: Transitional Housing, Non Profit Organization

General Information:
This is a Non Profit Organization that provides Transitional Housing. Review the details below: Nothing is more tragic than a family torn apart. When a child is removed from his family, he leaves behind everything, taking with him his fears, anger, hurt and insecurities. JAFCO believes that we can provide one less obstacle in the healing process by providing a child with a familiar cultural and religious environment. We believe every child deserves a safe and loving home. JAFCO was established in 1992 to provide foster care and adoption services in South Florida. To meet the growing need for our services, JAFCO is constructing a new children's village that will include a 24-hour crisis center, six group foster homes and transitional living apartments that will allow us to provide a home for an additional 50-60 abused, neglected or homeless children. Fees may apply for this Transitional Housing resource. Contact Jewish Adoption And Foster Care Options with the contact information we provided to get full details. Oftentimes you can apply for sliding scale fee payment or other options if you are low income. You will need to speak with them to see if you qualify.
