General Information:
Fellowship House Ministries is a group of dedicated individuals who saw the need for transitional programming and decided to meet the need. As a faith based agency we saw our efforts as answering a biblical call to serve those in need. Initially our efforts were focused on incarcerated individuals and there families. As we grew, our efforts expanded to include formerly incarcerated individuals, persons in recovery from substance abuse and addictive behaviors. Individualized treatment plans are created collaboratively by each offender and a program case manager after a validated needs assessment has been administered. Services include room and board, assistance with job and career counseling, budgeting and saving, obtaining proper identification, interpersonal and life skills assistance and referrals to outside agencies and professionals where warranted. Weekly 12 Step meetings as well as cognitive training are presented in‐house. A proactive approach is sought for each resident to establish and sustain appropriate spiritual recovery and supportFees may apply for this Transitional Housing resource.
