Class of Housing/Services: transitional residential programs

General Information:
Residential Programs Our transitional residential programs go beyond the emergency shelter approach by providing housing along with comprehensive wrap-around services including case management and other treatment services. Case management includes: orientation, individualized needs assessment, client plan development and tracking, coordination of services, advocacy, referrals, group meetings, and other related services. All programs require clients to save at least 75% of their income. Community Programs The Weingart Center provides comprehensive human services to homeless individuals and to those at risk of becoming homeless giving them the skills, resources and hope they need to lead productive and self-sufficient lives off the streets. Located in Skid Row, in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, the Weingart Center is a unique agency that provides residential and community based programs, all designed to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty.
