General Information:
Belle Reve New Orleans provides housing and supportive services for homeless adults and families, living in the Greater New Orleans area. Throughout our two campuses, in the Bywater and Central City, we are able to provide housing for over 60 adults, who are in need of the housing and supportive services we offer. Bywater Campus Our main campus in the Bywater serves adults and families, who meet the following criteria:     HIV Symptomatic or AIDS Diagnosis     Homeless or Unstably Housed     Limited Resources and/or Support System     Capable of Living in a Community Setting Clients who meet this criteria should contact their Ryan White Case Manager about completing a referral for housing, and then faxing this paperwork to our social service staff. Once we have received a completed referral packet, we will call you, to arrange for a time when you can come to our facility for a tour and interview. Our social service staff meets every Monday at 1:30 pm to review applications. Our residents are a diverse group of people, representing many different races, age groups, sexes and backgrounds. Belle Reve currently houses eight residents, which will increase once the Belle Grace and Belle Esprit apartments are completed. Another eight residents will take up residence in the single-bed Belle Grace rooms and four families with their children will live in the Belle Esprit apartments.
