Whole Life Foundation has spent the last 25 years meeting the needs of the homeless and working poor. When other agencies are unable to help, they often call Whole Life Foundation. These efforts encompass a wide range of services and require donations in order to help the needy to help themselves.
Whole Life also provides affordable housing search, job search, life readiness, spiritual care, assessment of needs and assistance to reach independent living. Our plans include development of a Christian art exhibit as well as art education. Our current programs include:
Emergency housing and permanent affordable housing search and placement
Food and household goods donations and distribution
Health care referrals
Child care search
Counseling for mind, body and soul
Legal assistance referrals
Employment and vocational skills development
Arts and crafts
Future plans include the continuation of these programs as well as the expansion of our Good Shepherd Gallery to allow the community to share in the artistic efforts of our flock and a Whole Life Research exchange to allow free exchange of medical and wellness information connected to a charitable clinic.

Transitional housing is affordable supportive housing designed to provide housing and appropriate support services to persons who are homeless or who are close to homelessnessness. The transition is to help them be more self sufficience to move towards independent living on their own. Transitional housing locations are oftentimes called Halfway Houses. The naming of the two (Halfway House OR Transitional House) is oftentimes interchangeable.
