Class of Housing/Services: Non Profit Organization that provides housing assistance

General Information:
Housing Advocacy Program A comprehensive case management and long term support program for homeless families. In a safe and non-judgmental environment, the FSA Redlands' team works with families to develop a case plan towards the goal of permanent housing, employment, and self-sufficiency. This is a long term program designed to work with the entire family. Hours of Operation: Monday – Wednesday 9 a.m. – 7 p.m., Thursday 9 a.m. – noon, Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. More Services Provided Surplus Food – Provided on a walk in daily basis for the following hours Monday – 9am-noon, Tuesday 1:30pm-5:30pm, Wednesday 9am-noon and Friday 9am-4pm Emergency Food Assistance – seven days worth of groceries that includes 3 meals a day. By Appointment. Women's Support Groups Clothing – Provided to low income individuals for basic wear and employment Cold Weather motel vouchers – To provide an emergency place to stay in a crisis situation. Based on funding, an appointment is necessary to determine need Hygiene Kits – Includes soap, lotion and toothpaste Rental Assistance – (must show an ability to afford rent in order to qualify) Utility Assistance – (as funding permits) Parenting Classes – Focuses on bonding, child development and tactics that are useful in everyday life relating to minor children Pre Employment Classes – Assists in developing clients employability skills such as resume readiness, job search, and how to dress for success
