Haven House Services, INC (HHSI) is a non-profit housing corporation with the mission of providing short term housing while developing long term housing solutions. We are committed to serving those who are homeless or at eminent risk of homelessness and making a difference in our community.
Williams Emergency Housing Center is located on 1727 Green Street in Jeffersonville, Indiana. We provide temporary shelter to men, women and children who are in need of housing. We provide hot meals, clothing and clean beds for over 50 people every day and operate the only shelter house for 14 counties in the state of Indiana. Emergency Homeless Shelters both provide short term relief for the homeless and low income persons. Usually there is a maximum stay of 3 months or less. Many of these shelters ask their clients to leave during the day. Meals and other supportive services are often offered. 3 times out of 5 these shelters offer their services free of charge.

Rooming and Boarding Houses do charge fees. We list them where we find them. They are a nice low cost option for housing.
