General Information:
Office Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM *Emergency Calls 24 Hours   The Shelter Program provides private accommodations for families including 3 daily meals, use of laundry facilities, linens & towels, clothing, personal hygiene items and phone/mail services. The Haven’s Shelter Program provides each family, free of charge, a furnished bedroom and the following items:     3 Meals Daily     Bathing and Laundry Facilities     Personal Hygiene Products     Clothing     Clean Bed Linens and Towels     Telephone and Mail Access   During Intensive Case Management, each family works closely with The Haven’s Case Manager to understand the circumstances of their homelessness and address these issues. Intensive case management includes:     Crisis Intervention and counseling     Assessment     Action Plan development and monitoring     Weekly progress meetings     Resource coordination and development     Information and referral     Advocacy
