General Information:
Transitional Housing for men. Overcomers International Fellowship provides men with housing who need a place to stay for less than 3 months or more than 6 months. The Residential Program is a safe, supportive environment for men 18 years and older who desire to get their lives on a productive course (i.e. staying free of drugs, alcohol and other addicting and enslaving behaviors as well as managing mental health). The program offers emotional, intellectual, physical and spiritual support to help men grow and gain the strength to succeed. Board & Lodging program provides additional services by Overcomers International Fellowship, Inc. Who has faithfully served the homeless, corrections, disabilities and MR, TBI, MI/CD populations since 1995 with emergency shelter and transitional housing, community meals, support groups, living skills and church services. We have 24 hour staff that oversee the campus to insure all residents can live in a safe environment. Board & Lodging – Transitional Housing Programs St. Cloud, MN 529 16th Ave N. In addition to the housing it is where three meals are served each day for all the residents on our campus in the day room. Our main reception area, staff med management & business offices are located there and programming takes place there as well. Helpful Definitions For Overcomers International Fellowship (for Men):
Transitional housing is affordable supportive housing designed to provide housing and appropriate support services to persons who are homeless or who are close to homelessness. The transition is to help them be more self sufficient to move towards independent living on their own. Transitional housing locations are oftentimes called Halfway Houses. The naming of the two (Halfway House OR Transitional House) is oftentimes interchangeable.

Many Transitional Housing programs are subsidized and are income based. Income based transitional housing generally charges 30% of your income for rent when you do have income. Contact the transitional housing facility to see if this applies.

Services provided at transitional housing facilities varies from substance abuse treatment, to psychological assistance, job training, domestic violence assistance, etc. The assistance provided varies, but it is generally affordable and low cost housing. Read the descriptions of each of the transitional living locations for more detailed information. Transitional housing facilities also may or may not assist with alcohol and/or drug substance abuse treatment.
