The Supported Apartment Programs provide long-term housing in single and double occupancy apartments for individuals with histories of mental illness, chemical dependency, and homelessness. Services include: - Rent subsidy - Case management - Social services Potential participants should be able to function independently in the following areas: - Money management - Medication management - Self-care - Activities of Daily Living - Travel The program consists of 30 residential beds.
