General Information:
RESCUE MISSION OF THE MAHONING VALLEY IS THE ONLY EMERGENCY SHELTER IN MAHONING COUNTY AND WE ARE BLESSED TO BE ABLE TO HELP YOU! If you find yourself in need of a place to sleep, the best thing to do is call 330-744-5485. Men should ask to speak with “Men’s Services” and Women and Families should ask for “Family Services”. A staff member will be able to answer your questions and let you know if there are any open beds. The Mission provides shelter for men (Men’s Services) and also has beds for families, single women, single women with children and single men with children (Family Services). Three full meals daily are offered to everyone who stays at the Mission.   FREE MEALS Two full meals are served daily to the public at our Emergency Shelter located at 962 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Youngstown.     Breakfast: 6:15 a.m.–7:15 a.m.     Dinner: 6:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m. All are welcome. No proof of income or ID is required. Guests are not required to attend any chapel service to receive a meal, but are welcome to attend the 4 pm weekday chapel service in the dining hall if they would like.
