Class of Housing/Services: Emergency Shelter is to meet the immediate and basic life needs of homeless men living in crisis

Hours Open: 4:00PM - 8:00AM The Emergency Shelter provides emergency shelter for men in need. Services inlcude: - Showers - Evening meals - Beds with linens - Breakfast - Medical services - Clothing - Counseling For more information contact Springfield Rescue Mission or visit the Springfield Rescue Mission website.   The goal of our Emergency Shelter is to meet the immediate and basic life needs of homeless men living in crisis by providing a safe, clean, warm and healthy environment. While meeting these immediate needs, each guest is encouraged to enter a local or regional rehabilitation program to deal with the issues that led them to homelessness. We provide showers with clean towels and personal care items, nutritious evening and morning meals, clean beds with fresh linens, medical attention, new undergarments and gently used clothing as needed, chapel services, counseling, and advocacy.
