Another number: 800-428-1488 Mill Street Center is a 40-bed emergency shelter. Twenty beds are designated for emergency night-to-night stays. Another 20 beds are reserved for adults willing to create an action plan and set goals. Committed residents then "graduate" to New Beginnings Center.
